Homesteader and Childcare at Sondance farm.

After my father passed away 8 years ago, Sean and I joined households in Campbell River with my mom Cyndy and started the search for property together. We had lived in Black Creek, and on Quadra and Cortez previously and of all the other island places we have lived they were the ones we collectively wanted to settle in. It took some time to find what we were looking for, and could afford but 6 years ago we found our place here on Sundance road.

We ultimately choose Quadra because of the community, peace away from the main stream but close enough to my work at Healthyway at the time, and  for extended family to visit.

There has been a lot of growing pains and health difficulties including the one we all know about, but we are finding our groove and thank God daily for this place and the people here we are blessed to call neighbors and friends.
